The rise of technology and automation is rapidly reshaping the way we work and the jobs we hold. While the new economy has made many traditional jobs redundant, it has also created opportunities for individuals to take advantage of these disruptions. Given such uncertainty, how can our youth best prepare to enter a world where change is the norm? Beyond academic preparation and achievements, schools and educators must equip our youth with core skills of creativity, adaptability and forward-thinking to face a future of change.
